my broadway addiction.

Yes, my undying love for broadway/cabaret shows has been expressed many times before in this blog. and here it comes again.

Last night I took four lovely ladies (and met three more there might I add) to Don't Tell Mama the university's cabaret show. and, after last years Love on the Rocks, I was excited to see the show come together, and came together it did.

They picked the perfect numbers, from the perfect shows. I loved 'cell block tango', 'the wizard and i', and 'a song like this' were all done magnificently. Special props to these songs for coming from my favorite musicals and me loving them just as much on the small stage.

And of course the wonderful Dallas, who I have seen many times (as a CR groupie) and again, wowed me with her talent.

So over the next few weeks, as per usual post-musical syndrom, I will hum the tunes, download different versions of songs, and binge on musical theatre... much love for the big stage!
