How was your day?

Well, after about a five hour blitz of class and homework this morning, the perfect punishment for those who went out the night before, I decided it was time for "me time". I usually don't try and sound selfish, but after doing all that work for others to read, I felt I needed just a few seconds to recoop.

A nap, a snack, a drive, and a episode of American Idol later I am sitting in my room realizing I have only a week left until my first exam (AGH!)...

But there are some words I wanted to "write" in closing the year:

I had the time of my life at UWO this year, I had no idea what I would be getting into when I submerged myself in western and residence culture and began my year in MTP. I never would have known I would be meet 35 wonderful floormates (guys...this year was amazing because the deuce was sooo tight), I never thought that I would sit on a council of 10 hilarious people, I had no idea I would meet people born in Egypt, who lived in the Bahamas, and lovers of the Big Apple; I love the fact that I have met a wonderful soph team (MIT2K5), I experienced the kick ass soph team (most of whom are close friends now), and would be surrounded by so many first years who all took the time to get to know the crazy kid in your classes/tutorial.

I fell in love with every faculty, residence, and building at Western, and although this sounds kind of like a sales add for it, it wouldn't be the same if I hadn't come here!

I loved first year, cannot wait to help those next year experience it, and can't believe a little marijuana got me into this big of a thank you!
